Job Description
Job Summary (PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant):
- Serve as a techno-functional consultant specializing in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
- Lead and participate in testing activities including integration testing performance testing and data analysis in an agile environment.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve incidents enhance processes and ensure high-quality system applications.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support project goals and maintain high standards of documentation.
- Document and review procedures functional requirements project plans meeting minutes defect logs system changes system diagrams and regular status updates.
- Develop reports assist with system enhancements and upgrades and ensure compliance with project documentation standards.
- Utilize at least five years of relevant experience in incident resolution report development testing and support for enhancements/upgrades.
- Preferred: Prior experience working with PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll applications in a public sector environment.
