Job Description

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Natural Marble Engineered Marble Terrazzo and Porcelain Surfaces.
Location: Hyderabad Telangana

Position Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion within the designated regions for Natural Marble Engineered Marble Terrazzo and Porcelain Surfaces. The RSM will manage key client relationships oversee business development activities and lead a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and enhance companies market presence. This role involves collaborating with Architects Interior Designers Contractors Builders and Channel Partners to influence product selection secure specifications and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & :
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and drive growth across the assigned region for Natural Marble Engineered Marble Terrazzo and Porcelain Surfaces.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product and operations) to create tailored promotional campaigns pricing models and marketing strategies that align with regional objectives.
  • Drive the sales process from generating lead to signing the contract ensuring effective follow-up negotiation and closing of deals.
  • Provide ongoing analysis of market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of market demands.
  • Client Relationship & Account Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients architects interior designers contractors and channel partners in the region.
  • Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of key accounts ensuring client satisfaction loyalty and repeat business.
  • Address client concerns or issues promptly offering high-quality support and solutions to enhance customer retention.
  • Team Management & Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives (SEs) across the region providing guidance training and mentorship to help meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and product knowledge to effectively present companies offerings to clients.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the team and provide regular performance reviews feedback and development plans.
  • Business Development & Market Expansion:
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and markets to grow companies regional presence and portfolio.
  • Work closely with channel partners to increase product specifications and drive sales within new and existing markets.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with industry influences to strengthen companies position as a market leader.
  • Revenue & Financial Management:
  • Manage regional sales budgets ensuring cost-effective strategies and the achievement of revenue targets.
  • Monitor financial performance sales forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability and growth.
  • Sales Support & Client Retention:
  • Oversee pre-installation guidance and post-installation services to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.
  • Use client feedback to initiate corrective actions and improve service offerings.
  • Monitor sales and product performance making data-driven decisions to strengthen customer relationships and improve retention.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
  • Continuously track regional market trends customer preferences and competitor strategies to adapt and refine sales tactics.
  • Proactively leverage insights to influence companies strategic direction and optimize product positioning in the market.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration Engineering Architecture or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 12 years of experience in regional sales business development or account management within the building materials industry (marble granite tiles ceramics etc..
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and driving business growth in competitive markets.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams to exceed targets and achieve company objectives.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in sales strategy market analysis and business development.
  • In-depth knowledge of the building materials industry particularly Natural Marble Engineered Marble Terrazzo and Porcelain Surfaces.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to driving success across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make strategic decisions.
