The role will be responsible
- to handle a team of advisor
- to drive and develop a strong variable agency model in the geography
- for delivering the top-line revenue numbers through the variable agency model
- for achieving renewal targets for the Channel
Requirements
- Prior experience in Life Insurance is a must of which at least 3 years should have been a team player role for Agency Model
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
- Must possess strong knowledge of Life Insurance Market Product.
- Experience in building a sales team and scaling it up
- Should be fluent in Tamil & English
- Age Limit: 32
