Key Responsibilities
Build and manage long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and family offices
Design and implement tax-efficient estate gift and wealth planning strategies
Advise on charitable giving private foundations and philanthropic vehicles
Navigate and interpret changes in federal and state tax laws
Collaborate with attorneys financial advisors and internal teams to deliver integrated wealth management solutions
Advise on legal structures such as trusts LLCs and family partnerships to protect and transition assets
Ensure client compliance with tax obligations while minimizing liabilities
Provide leadership and mentorship to the firm s private client tax team
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Law or a related field
CPA certification required
Minimum 10 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on private client and trusts & estates taxation
Strong knowledge of estate gift and fiduciary income taxation
Exceptional communication analytical and problem-solving skills
Candidate Requirements
Must currently work in public accounting (not corporate roles such as CFO or Controller)
Experience at a Top 50 audit tax and advisory firm preferred
Based in or willing to relocate to New York NY or Boca Raton FL
