Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager East Asia to drive market growth and client engagement across Korea Japan Mongolia the Philippines Taiwan and Vietnam. This role focuses on expanding our clients presence in the data center industrial and comfort cooling sectors by leveraging technical expertise strategic partnerships and customer-centric solutions. The Sales Manager will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts ensuring alignment with client sustainability goals and project specifications.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and execute business plans tailored to regional market demands.
Prepare monthly sales forecasts and reports for the Export Sales Director.
Positioning clients products as the preferred basis of design for regional projects.
Manage key accounts fostering long-term relationships through regular follow-ups.
Collaborate with regional sales partners to gather project data and specifications.
Represent our client at industry events trade shows and technical seminars.
Optimize equipment layouts using our clients proprietary selection software.

Requirements
Profile Requirements
Excellent command of English and Korean both in written and oral form a third language will be a plus.
Bachelor s degree in HVAC Mechanical Power or Aeronautical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC sales industrial cooling systems or data center cooling.
Proven track record in client-facing roles with technical and commercial acumen.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of cooling systems thermal performance and industry standards.
Leadership: Ability to manage multicultural teams and stakeholders.
Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills and responsiveness under pressure.
