JOB TITLE: MARKETING EXECUTIVE
About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda Kenya Tanzania Rwanda and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client we are looking for a competent skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to work in Nairobi Kenya.
JOB SUMMARY.
Managing and implementing marketing ATL & BTL strategies to promote the company s products services campaigns or events that align with consumer behavior patterns and corporate goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Content & Digital Marketing:
Write and edit marketing content including blog posts email newsletters and product briefs.
Manage and update mailing lists and CRM tools.
Review and condense internal publications such as crime briefings for client and public dissemination.
Brief liaise with and manage creative and digital agencies on campaigns design assets and timelines.
Campaign & Event Support:
Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and internal/external events.
Collaborate with the events and PR team to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and audience engagement.
Branding & Communication:
Ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all internal and external content.
Prepare internal briefs for campaigns and initiatives to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
Assist in developing partnership materials and promotional collateral when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
Strong writing editing and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email platforms and digital tools like Canva .
Experience managing creative or digital agencies.
Comfortable working independently and coordinating across teams.
Basic graphic design or content creation tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Express) - Bonus
Experience in B2B marketing or the security/technology sector-Bonus
A keen eye for analytics and data-driven marketing-Bonus
