Reporting into the GM Commercial and working closely with the wider Commercial team this pivotal leadership role will focus on driving commercial growth through smart sector engagement go-to-market innovation and strong team leadership.
You will:
- Lead a team of 4 direct reports across Government Insurance and Rewards Partnerships and Wholesale and Export
- Lead the development and execution of the national sector and partnerships strategy to grow commercial revenue and profit
- Focus on large-scale enterprise-level partnerships. This isnt about small business transactions but complex strategic arrangements that drive long-term value
- Build strong executive level relationships that support high level partnerships
- Partner with the National Sales Lead and collaborate across the wider commercial sales retail and merchandise teams to deliver results
- Work closely with Sector Leads and BDMs to create targeted go-to-market plans including campaigns events and sector-specific promotions
- Translate strategy into execution for the national field sales team enabling sector growth through clear direction and support
- Build and strengthen key commercial relationships identifying new growth opportunities across enterprise and government sectors
- Foster a collaborative and values-led team culture with a focus on development performance and shared success
