Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Coordinate inventory and working capital management across all warehouses in partnership with Domestic and International Business Units to ensure optimal product availability. Support daily monthly quarterly and annual Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) reconciliations in compliance with U.S. Customs and FTZ Board regulations. Assist with tariff entry processes and reporting. This role is essential to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring compliance in FTZ and import/export operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage U.S. distribution orders to global warehouses and daily inventory replenishment for U.S. sites.
- Monitor global inventory adjustments and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with transportation manufacturing procurement and DC operations teams.
- Maintain and execute warehouse cycle count programs; support year-end physical inventory counts.
- Generate monthly reports on inventory receipts and shipments.
- Recommend stock optimization strategies to reduce excess and aging inventory.
- Support compliance with Free Trade Agreements (e.g. USMCA CAFTA) and C-TPAT requirements.
- Assist with FTZ operations tariff entries and regulatory reporting.
- Serve as subject matter expert for inventory systems (e.g. M3 Factory Track IMS Order Dynamics Logility).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university preferred and/or two to five years related experience/training or a combination of both.
- Minimum two years experience in international business logistics and warehouse administration preferred.
