Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Delivery Lead in Netcompany-Intrasoft
Joining us as a Delivery Lead you will support the planning and execution of enterprise IT initiatives. In this role youll work closely with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time within budget and to a high standard of quality.
As a Delivery Lead you will:
- Support the delivery of IT projects across enterprise clients managing day-to-day operations to ensure scope timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate internal teams and vendors ensuring clear communication accountability and timely resolution of delivery issues or risks.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation working closely with senior delivery managers and technical leads to balance project needs and team capacity.
- Monitor project performance collect relevant delivery metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across delivery processes.
- Act as a point of contact for client stakeholders during the project lifecycle ensuring alignment on deliverables and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Contribute to team development fostering collaboration and supporting junior team members with guidance and problem-solving assistance.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related discipline.
- 25 years of experience in project coordination delivery or operations roles within the IT industry preferably in the enterprise sector.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum or Waterfall) and project tracking tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps Trello).
- Solid understanding of IT systems software development lifecycles or enterprise architecture concepts.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately when needed.
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients across sectors such as finance healthcare manufacturing or retail.
- Exposure to cloud technologies DevOps or digital transformation projects.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 or Certified ScrumMaster).
