Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager - Leisure to join our dynamic team in Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. As a key member of our sales department you will be responsible for driving leisure sales developing strategic partnerships and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in our thriving hospitality market.

  • Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated complementary and not duplicative.
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new partners to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls entertainment FAM trips trade shows etc.
  • Manages and develops relationships with key partners and partners within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
  • Engages with guests to gather feedback on product quality and service performance using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage assigned accounts comprehensively including contracting profile updates and contract renewals. margins
  • Represent the hotel at partner and community business events to strengthen relationships and enhance visibility.
  • Provide regular updates to Senior Sales Manager and Director of Commercial on market trends and new business leads.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in leisure sales preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales management software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Knowledge of the Indonesian travel market and regional leisure trends (preferred)
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other regional languages is a plus
  • Flexibility to travel and attend industry events as needed
