Eastern Analytics Inc. is a data analytics company with over 25 years of specialize in Solution Architecture Data Engineering Dashboards & Visualizations and Machine Learning with a focus on Microsoft Azure/Fabric Databricks & Power BI.
Key functions:
- Actively reach out to prospects to build awareness of company and services.
- Cultivate a pipeline of prospects customers and engagements.
- Promote and effectively sell services using established techniques while working with the marketing team and management to increase effectiveness.
- Meet performance metrics for outbound calls emails and communications.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to requests and proposals.
- Partner with sales and marketing to drive recognition of Eastern Analytics.
- Respond to incoming inquiries via phone email others.
- Use Microsoft Teams to effectively schedule meetings between prospects management and team leads.
- Resolve customer concerns in an expedited and professional manner.
- Work with the marketing team to target accounts based on industry need and intent.
- Actively maintain and keep key tasks updated in CRM.
Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of Inside Sales and Lead Generation selling IT related Services.
- At least 2-3 years of face-to-face experience in inside (B2B) sales and lead generation.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or IT professional services.
- At least 3 years in customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office/365 and Office tools.
- Knowledge of Power BI Azure and Databricks preferred.
- Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Ability to travel to trade shows and conferences as needed.
- Must be a Massachusetts resident.
