Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the development launch and maintenance of our product line. You will work closely with our engineering sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our companys goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps in line with company objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs market trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements features and specifications
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
- Monitor and analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers suppliers and industry partners
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay informed about industry developments
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging
- Provide training and support to sales and customer service teams on product features and benefits
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product quality functionality and cost-effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing engineering or a related field
- 2 years of experience in product management preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Knowledge of product development processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with market research and analysis techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
