Job Description
JOB TITLE: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
LOCATION: Eden Shopping Centre High Wycombe
SHIFT PATTERN: Mon-Fri covering 1 Saturday in 3 weeks with 1 day off in Lieu.
SALARY: 42000 per annum

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
To carry out Quoted Works PPMs and Reactive Repairs to Electrical AC M&E Plant and site Building Fabric. To complete proactive inspections and any required remedial repairs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out all allocated Quoted works on site
- Take ownership for completions of works and ensure deadlines are met. Ensure Quoted works manager and client is kept informed of progress of works.
- Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by HD and respond within SLA to all work requests in line within Clients SLAs/KPIs.
- Respond promptly and within SLA to all Call Out job request. Attendance to be confirmed via phone portal. Escalate unresolved issues to On Call Manager.
- To ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices and in line with contract KPIs. To be completed by due date including all required documentation to ensure 100% compliance.
- Responsible for ordering all required parts for reactive jobs via the help desk.
- Risk assessments must be completed before all PPM and Reactive works commence.
- Maintain the professional image of ABM at all times through positive presentation behaviours and attitudes. ABM uniform to be worn at all times.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all Client representatives and ABM employees.
- Ensure the provision of a Safe & Healthy working environment and promote a positive safety culture and ensure ABM safety rules are adhered to at all times.
- To operate customer software systems where required promptly and effectively to ensure efficient maintenance activities.
- To conduct weekly proactive inspections and raise required reactive jobs and complete works to raise site standards.
- Ensure work reports and necessary ABM documentation is sent to the Admin team promptly within set timescales.
- To attend Client meetings and provide effective communications to site operations.
- Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 17th /18th Edition Electrical
- City and Guilds Electrical / NVQ3 (or Equivalent)

- 2391 Testing & Inspection Desirable
