ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service: Maintain a functional staffed customer service area. Provide reception coverage and manage client interactions including handling difficult customers.
Mailroom & Office Support: Perform all mailroom functions (sorting distributing and handling mail) and assist with office services like copy requests and work tickets especially during breaks or coverage.
Equipment & Facility Management: Ensure proper operation and maintenance of office equipment report issues and oversee general kitchen/pantry appliance upkeep. Coordinate repairs for plumbing refrigeration or other facility needs.
Backup & Flexibility: Act as a backup for all staff functions and different locations adapting to changes in duties and coverage as needed.
