Job Title: Services Graduate Engineer

Location: Al Khobar (KSA)

About the Role

Looking for Service Member Graduate to join Delivery Team in AVEVA Saudi Arabia. You will be involved in implementing projects in Information Management / Digital twin domain for customers. Service Member Graduate is responsible for working as part of a team that delivers and supports software implementations which meet our customers requirements using AVEVA NET / AIM (Asset Information Management) or any other similar software.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in technical workshops with customers.
• Customer Interaction to understand their business processes.
• Perform technical implementation tasks such as application installation and configuration.
• Participate in technical and functional documentation effort.
• Training of key users
• Maintain relevant product knowledge.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Travel to customer site if required.

Knowledge Skills and Experience required:

• Must have Masters / Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell SQL)
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of Windows Server features such as IIS COM.
• Ability to troubleshoot implementations in a systematic way and bring in technical aid as needed.
• Understand abstract concepts such as classes objects attributes associations.
• Must have excellent problem solving documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
• Initiative to learn and share with others.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
