Position Overview:

As part of the Marine Service team the Sales Administrator supports the administrative and operational functions of our dealership network with a focus on sales documentation inventory processing pricing updates and registration workflows. This role ensures accurate and timely handling of sales-related paperwork system entries and customer-facing materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and comfortable working across multiple systems to support a high-volume fast-paced sales environment.

  • Manage the handoff process between Boateka Operations and Sales.
  • Digitize upload and manage sales-related documents (e.g. invoices MSOs titles) in Lightspeed.
  • Handle MSO/title housing assignment and distribution for Boateka and dealership inventory.
  • DNR/DMV registrations title work and chain of custody documentation including Florida-specific DMV processes.
  • Perform general location notarization and support registration workflows.
  • Enter new inventory into the Dealer Management System (DMS) including pricing and accounts payable updates.
  • Boateka pricing calculator maintenance.
  • Process inventory purchasing and receiving into Lightspeed.
  • Generate Bills of Sale (BOS) and manage transactions with FBC.
  • Prepare and send closing documents to BWF; manage Adobe Sign workflows for purchase agreements and warranty forms.
  • Scan and upload documents into Lightspeed unit records.
  • Complete warranty registrations and coordinate manufacturer registrations.
  • Submit and manage finance funding including emailing loan documents.
  • Assemble closing packages.
  • Follow departmental procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Cross-train in administrative processes and assist other dealership support functions as needed.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned to support dealership success.

Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however others can be developed along the way.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in an administrative support role retail sales or a related field.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills.
  • Superior customer service skills including excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely as well as work cohesively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities strategic-thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in standard office systems (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and various business software.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to maintain vendor relationships.
  • May be required to work major summer holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in home or auto loan processing or a similar field preferred.
  • BS in Business Administration preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM or dealership management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of marina or boat dealership operations is advantageous.

Working Conditions:

  • Remain in a seated or stationary position 90% of the time.
  • Constant operation of a computer and other office equipment.
  • Regular interaction with others via video conferencing phone and email.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $41500 to $62300 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills relevant experience business needs and geographic addition to base pay this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

At Brunswick it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidates qualifications and the business context.
