Employment Type: Permanent Full Time 38 hours a week
Pay: Up to $ 35.29 per hour Plus Super

As a Goodstart Educator youll become a vital part of our team working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Key Educator Approach: Our educators foster strong meaningful relationships by working closely with a small group of children ensuring consistency and supporting each childs unique development. Goodstart Toormina is a 76-place centre and rated Exceeding National Quality Standard.
Safe and Supportive Environment: We provide a nurturing secure environment with strong ties to the local community creating a true sense of belonging.
Personalised Learning: Guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and supported by tools like Storypark our programs are thoughtfully tailored to suit each childs interests needs and strengths.

Youll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
