Position Overview
This is four our Rockdale service catering for 79 children across three beautiful learning rooms. As a Certificate III Assistant Educator you will support your Room Leader and fellow educators in delivering engaging high-quality programs that foster curiosity creativity and confidence in every child.
This is a chance to be part of a new Centre from the very beginning helping to create a warm inclusive space where children feel safe supported and inspired to learn.
Responsibilities
Support educators in delivering exciting play-based learning experiences.
Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families.
Assist with daily routines activities and care needs in your room.
Maintain a clean safe and engaging learning environment.
Contribute ideas to program planning and learning activities.
Follow all health safety and compliance procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Child Protection training/certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Positive team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
Passion for working with children and supporting their development
