Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Executive (Strategic Planning):
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries and process pricing estimates and quotations
- Coordinate and negotiate with internal teams suppliers and logistics partners for data gathering and quote preparation
- Conduct price reviews and support pricing strategy decisions
- Assist in budgeting and analysing cost estimates
- Analyse customer and supplier forecasts against actual demands
- Support the preparation of monthly internal sales and pricing reports
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Strong team player with good communication and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Experience in a similar role particularly in shipment coordination or handling customer/supplier interactions is preferred
- Prior experience in issuing quotations is an added advantage but not mandatory
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4200 AWS VB (2 - 3 Months)
- Working Location: Labrador Park
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work 8.30 am - 5.30pm
