As part of our leadership team youll help deliver on our bold vision: empowering individuals to live rich independent lives supported by a confident and skilled workforce. This is your chance to shape how care is delivered across Yorkshire - driving innovation leading digital transformation and ensuring our services exceed regulatory expectations.
The role will include holding registered manager status for fourresidential services (across Pickering Whitby & Filey)and oversee a number of direct reports who are responsible for day to day management within the services via respective staff teams.
In this role you will:
Inspire and lead service teams with a strong culture of accountability and support
Develop and expand our presence across the region
Drive data-informed improvements and digital-first approaches
Collaborate across teams to align strategy and service delivery
Were looking for someone who:
Holds (or is working toward) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
Has strong experience supporting people with disabilities and/or autism
Knows the care sector inside-out from compliance and contracts to innovation and community connection
Thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to balance long-term vision with day-to-day delivery

Due to the nature of this role having a full UK driving licence is essential.
