Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for social care and a drive to lead transformative change The Wilf Ward Family Trust is on an ambitious journey and were looking for an inspiring Regional Operations Lead to walk it with us.

As part of our leadership team youll help deliver on our bold vision: empowering individuals to live rich independent lives supported by a confident and skilled workforce. This is your chance to shape how care is delivered across Yorkshire - driving innovation leading digital transformation and ensuring our services exceed regulatory expectations.

The role will include holding registered manager status for fourresidential services (across Pickering Whitby & Filey)and oversee a number of direct reports who are responsible for day to day management within the services via respective staff teams.

In this role you will:

  • Inspire and lead service teams with a strong culture of accountability and support

  • Develop and expand our presence across the region

  • Drive data-informed improvements and digital-first approaches

  • Collaborate across teams to align strategy and service delivery

Were looking for someone who:

  • Holds (or is working toward) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care

  • Has strong experience supporting people with disabilities and/or autism

  • Knows the care sector inside-out from compliance and contracts to innovation and community connection

  • Thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to balance long-term vision with day-to-day delivery

Due to the nature of this role having a full UK driving licence is essential.

Please be aware its a criminal offence for people who are barred from working in Regulated Activity (under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006) to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with that particular group such as adults or children.
