Job Title: Operations Assistant

Role Overview
The Operations Assistant will provide administrative and client support with a strong focus on preparing quotes handling communications and managing tasks efficiently during busy seasons. This role requires strong computer proficiency quick learning ability and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate quotes (average 1545 minutes per quote) with attention to detail.
Respond promptly to emails text messages and phone calls (via Google Voice).
Assist with administrative tasks including client communications and scheduling.
Learn and navigate estimation and administrative software with minimal training.
Manage high volumes of quotes and related tasks during peak workload periods.
Hard Skills Required
Proficiency with computers and digital tools.
Ability to navigate Google Maps effectively including 3D navigation/comprehension.
Experience with CAD or similar software is a plus (not required).
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Soft Skills Required
Tech-savvy and quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently manage time effectively and prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
