Hiring Opportunity: New Albany OH
Our client is looking to add Production Leads to their team! They recently just brought over multiple new production lines to their 200000 square foot facilities and need skilled maintenance technicians to assist with the growth their experiencing. Our client is a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of beauty personal and home care products and is easily one of the fastest growing companies in that space.
The Production Leads are mainly responsible for overseeing the operation of a production line.
Qualified candidates will need to have prior production line experience and ideally have some sort of leadership background.
Responsibilities:
Enforce all safety procedures and General Manufacturing Practices
Compliance of Standard Operating Procedures
Manufacture and pack products according to specifications
Provides excellent training and guidance to subordinates
Ensures the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to designated production line
Keeps work area free of hazards
Report all incidents (spills accidents poor performance)
Provide written report on workplace injuries
Communicate effectively with immediate supervisor mechanics and QC staff
Perform related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior production line experience (2 years)
- Bottling experience desired
- Leadership experience desired
- Strong worth ethic
- Great attendance
