NISSAN 112 in Patchogue NY is seeking a dedicated BDC/Internet Sales Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and providing product information
- Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
