Job Description
1 Resource Group is seeking dedicated Groundskeepers to join our Oklahoma City Oklahoma team. The Yardkeeper will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the yard and equipment ensuring that all materials and equipment are accounted for and stored correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and keep the yard clean by mowing weed-eating and disposing of waste and debris.
Ensure all materials are stored safely and efficiently to prevent damage or loss.
Pressure wash rental equipment.
Support the loading and unloading of materials as needed.
Maintain equipment and vehicles in good condition.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working in the yard.
General shop housekeeping duties
Mechanically inclined is a plus.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a yard or warehouse setting is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability for flexible hours including possible overtime when required.
Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience.
