THE ROLE

Based in Perth this exciting senior leadership opportunity is with one of our specialist portfolios at Compass Group DELTA Facilities Management.

The Regional Manager lead the DELTA facilities maintenance operations across offshore and remote locations in Western Australia. These operations comprise several locations where we employ maintenance managers contract administration and trades employees to deliver services at village locations across the region.

Reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Manager the focus of your role will be to:

  • Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with external and internal clients responsible commercially to ensure we deliver to budget and achieve the expected margins
  • Ensure the portfolio achieves the financial targets and contract KPIs. In addition the role ensures service delivery excellence through innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership and management oversight of all services performance monitoring reporting and asset management for the achievement of business objectives
  • Promotes and supports Our Safety Culture framework and enables attraction development and retention of the best talent in the industry

The role will be based in Perth Head Office but will be required to travel to sites frequently to develop strong relationships with site teams our clients and employees.

THE PERSON

  • To be successful in this role you must have excellent attention to detail experience in understanding and meeting client needs navigating policies and procedures and inspiring a team of leaders
  • Proven years of industry (Facilities Project or Asset Management)
  • 5 years experience in a leadership position having led Client growth strategies in project management services
  • Previous experience managing a revenue >$10m and be responsible for budgets and managing of those contracts.
  • Experienced in contract management supporting contracts from transition through to the development of contract specific management plans and reporting
  • Your previous experience ideally comes from a facilities management background however any experience from sectors such as construction hospitality or project services are also highly regarded
  • We value experience from different lenses that enrich our approach to service delivery and employee engagement
