Within this framework we are looking for an highly organized and agile communicator to join our team as a Field Services & SLA Fulfilment Coordinator.
Based in our headquarters in Athens the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing national field operations coordinating subcontractors ensure SLA compliance and managing resource allocation for high-volume service assignments. They will act as a central contact point between technical teams subcontractors our clientsensuring smooth execution and daily issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and delegate nationwide copper network service assignments
- Serve as a contact point for Telecom Providers and management
- Manage and coordinate field technicians and subcontractors
- Monitor SLA performance metrics with telecom clients and subcontractors and in-house KPIs and adjust field resources to ensure targets are met
- Train & Support back-office staff managing dispatching and technician tasking
- Handle escalated customer inquiries providing guidance and addressing staff concerns
Requirements
- BSc either in Telecommunications Electronic Engineer etc. or Business Administration
- 3 years in telecom operations field service coordination or SLA-focused technical support.
- Experience managing subcontractors and large distributed technical teams
- Familiarity with technical KPIs and customer SLA definitions
- Good command of English (B2 level)
- Solid knowledge of computer systems and MS Office
