- Lead and develop the field service engineer team across Regional countries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive optimal service delivery within and across regions
- Conduct evaluation visits monitor pilot projects and guide customers through development stages
- Maintain strong customer relationships and partnerships
- Provide market insights and analysis to improve solutions and add value
- Support key field service projects and provide regular team performance reports
- Offer customer support for installation training and troubleshooting of products and solutions
- Travel to remote locations and overseas when required
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Technology Mechanical Engineering Electronics IT or related field; Masters degree preferred
- Solid experience as a regional lead in field service
- Proven track record in leading successful field service projects
- Strong knowledge of Automation PLC RFID and IoT devices
- Excellent leadership and remote collaboration skills with a focus on diversity and inclusion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- Experience with diagnostic apps/software
- Self-disciplined and adaptable to changing work environments
- Computer literate with proficiency in relevant applications
- Experience in the apparel market is a plus
