About the Role
The Revenue Strategy Manager is a pivotal role in shaping the company s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies by delivering critical business performance insights and guiding strategic decision-making. This position will collaborate across functions to define KPIs optimize reporting and drive initiatives that enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- KPI Development: Establish foundational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to set targets and monitor business health.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Hotel GM & Finance teams to develop reporting dashboards and ensure consistent metric reviews.
- Data Accuracy & Availability: Work closely with hotel teams to validate data integrity for leadership decision-making.
- Strategic Operations: Collaborate with marketing leadership to design and manage operating cadences that facilitate strategic discussions.
- Project Management: Lead of action items from leadership meetings and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities for growth efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field required
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus but not required
- Background in revenue strategy business analytics or operations at a high-growth company.
- Skilled in data visualization and dashboard creation (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Strong ability to derive insights from data and support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence executive leadership.
- Thrives in ambiguous environments capable of working autonomously.
- Strong prioritization and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
