Job Description
As Head of Operations / Supply Chain you will lead end-to-end supply chain and operational activities across sourcing planning logistics warehousing fulfillment and customer delivery. Youll be responsible for building scalable systems and driving efficiency quality and cost-effectiveness in a rapidly growing dynamic environment. This role requires strategic thinking hands-on leadership and a passion for continuous improvement
Tasks
- End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement production planning inventory control order fulfillment and distribution across local and international markets.
- Operations Strategy: Design and execute operational strategies aligned with growth objectives and sustainability goals.
- Team Leadership : Lead mentor and develop a high-performing operations and logistics team in Warsaw and collaborate closely with international teams.
- Supplier & Partner Management : Build strong relationships with suppliers manufacturers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Negotiate contracts and manage service levels.
- Forecasting & Planning : Work closely with Sales Marketing and Product teams to align demand planning with launch schedules and promotional campaigns.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement systems tools and best practices to enhance accuracy speed and agility across the supply chain.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all processes meet quality standards regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor KPIs analyze performance data and report insights to drive strategic decision-making. Produce monthly financial reporting.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in supply chain and operations roles ideally in the beauty wellness or nutrition
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain systems ERP tools and logistics platforms.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Polish; additional European languages are a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Warsaw with the ability to travel occasionally.
