This is a remote position.
Schedule:
Lead and coordinate a team of 12 administrative staff processing property documentation
Provide quality assurance oversight for all contract reviews and property reports
Train new team members on company processes documentation standards and legal requirements
Serve as the primary liaison between the administrative team and company leadership
Develop and implement training materials and procedures for team growth
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company quality standards
Scope
Managing a team of 12 administrative professionals with potential for significant growth
Overseeing processing of documentation for approximately 180000 annual property transactions
Serving as the key point of contact for team coordination and quality control
Implementing training systems that can scale as the company expands
Working closely with company leadership to ensure operational excellence and deadline compliance
Requirements
Paralegal or legal background with extensive contract review experience
Previous team leadership and training experience
Strong knowledge of conveyancing and property law processes
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to develop training materials and procedures
Experience managing remote teams and administrative processes
