Job Description

Senior Technical Support Engineer Level 2 MSP Dublin

Location: Dublin West / South West
Type: Full-time Permanent Office-based Monday to Friday

An established and growing MSP in Dublin is seeking a skilled and motivated 2nd Level Technical Support Engineer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience as a Senior Technical Support Engineer (Level 2) and a proven track record in a managed services environment.


What You ll Be Doing:

  • Provide Level 2 support across desktop server and network issues

  • Troubleshoot escalated technical problems and resolve tickets within SLAs

  • Assist with M365 migrations user onboarding and mailbox management

  • Support network equipment (switches routers firewalls VLANs VPNs)

  • Perform routine server administration (Active Directory DNS DHCP etc.)

  • Assist with PowerShell scripts and automation tasks

  • Contribute to technical documentation and project delivery

  • Communicate with clients and vendors keeping stakeholders updated



Requirements

What We re Looking For:

  • Strong experience as a Senior Technical Support Engineer (Level 2) in an MSP

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Windows Server Azure and networking

  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitude

  • Familiarity with tools like RMM/PSA VoIP systems and PowerShell

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Valid work authorisation for Ireland
