Job Description
Empower operational teams by designing and delivering impactful training experiences! From onboarding newcomers to upskilling seasoned professionals youll be the driving force behind knowledge sharing and continuous learning. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Leads engaging training sessions (beginner to advanced) both in-person and remotely with strong preparation and follow-up.
- Refreshes and enhances existing training content based on feedback and evolving needs.
- Develops new learning formatsclassroom remote and self-pacedto meet diverse learning styles.
- Uses tools like PowerPoint Klaxoon and digital communication platforms to create dynamic learning experiences.
- Guides newcomers through their learning journey and ensure a smooth integration into the team.
- Contributes to training campaigns and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters Degree.
- 1 year of experience in Learning and Development.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Driven to team work.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Additional Information :
(Hybrid work with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
