Job Description

Role Summary:

This role ensures efficient Project Management across the North Europe Sub region (SEN) within Mobility Aftermarket (MA) with a key focus on consistent and effective use of data and project management tools. Supporting the SEN leadership team and the wider MA business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Implementation of Data Driven Strategy

  • Combine data resources of two sub regions to achieve consistency and effective use across SEN
  • Ensure consistent and strategic use of data across the sub region and Europe to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness and drive business forward
  • Analyse and utilise data to identify areas of actions and improvements
  • Improve effective use of data on local regional and European level
  • Leverage and utilise data as a strategic asset to become a data-driven company
  • Make data-driven decisions

Project Management

  • Ensure consistency in Project Management across the sub region and Europe adhering to Bosch process principles
  • Provide Project Management support to Country Sales Managers (CSMs) in the EU
  • Make project decisions based on data-driven insights
  • Utilize data to predict and manage project risks
  • Utilize project data to drive continuous improvement
  • Support and drive the project management of becoming a data-driven business

Collaboration

  • To build effective internal and external networks to develop the aims of the business
  • Support MA CSMs across the RP-EU area
  • To both gather and share data analytics insight to benefit MA

General Requirements

  • Work in accordance with the values and philosophy of Bosch
  • Contribute towards the esteem held by the Bosch brand and reinforce the technical attributes/attractiveness of Bosch products services and garage equipment solutions
  • Effectively and efficiently use all Bosch resources and costs within his/her influence
  • Manage his/her time in line with the prevailing priorities set through stakeholder demands
  • Contribute towards the development and implementation of departmental and divisional business plans
  • The flexibility to travel is required in to support. On occasion this may entail participation in events outside of normal working hours and staying away from home.

  • Profitability and growth of SEN based on Data driven decisions
  • Stakeholder feedback
  • Bosch network and knowledge

Key Qualities

The job holder will possess:  

  • Ability to work on own initiative including making decisions and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills: ability to communicate with various stakeholders in the business including Board of Management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with project management methods project planning and techniques
  • Ability to set priorities and handle workload and deadlines well
  • Customer-oriented commercial independent structured accurate analytical and result-oriented
  • Self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks and projects  
  • Degree in Project Management or other relevant degree
  • A proven track record of working on projects and within the automotive industry
  • German language
