Responsibilities:

    • Build a compliance structure for the international payment business from theground up establishing policies procedures and controls.
    • Develop and implement a strategic compliance framework including traininginitiatives to promote a culture of ethics integrity and compliance.
    • Provide strategic leadership to the compliance team defining performance metricsand best practices.
    • Manage international payment business relationships with local companiesensuring adherence to cross-border regulations and local laws.
    • Monitor regulatory developments and implement compliance measures inresponse to evolving federal state and international requirements.
    • Conduct regular compliance assessments audits and reviews overseeingcorrective action plans and process improvements.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies auditors and externalpartners on compliance matters.
    • Lead internal investigations of compliance breaches violations and complaintsreporting findings to senior stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with legal risk operations and technology teams to align on riskmitigation and governance.
    • Oversee regulatory filings disclosures and certifications in line with all federal andstate compliance requirements.
    • Stay updated on emerging trends risks and challenges in global paymentcompliance.
    • Develop local compliance strategies aligned with international best practices and

Qualifications:

    • Masters degree in law finance business or a related field; additional certifications
    • 7 years of experiencein compliance roles within thepayments industry withglobal exposure.
    • Executive leadership experience in compliance withinfinancial services orregulated industries particularly in the USA.
    • Proven success managing compliance programs conducting risk assessmentsaudits and leading investigations.
    • Strong knowledge of compliance areas includingAML KYC PCI DSS and FTCguidelines.
    • Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Demonstrated integrity and a strong ethical foundation with experience handlingsensitive and confidential matters.
$140000 - $180000 a year
