Were seeking a dependable detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join a fast-paced fraud support team. In this role youll handle client inquiries via phone chat and email resolving fraud-related issues while delivering a positive secure client experience. Ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills and a hospitality mindset.
Job Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries related to fraud via inbound calls chats and emails
Manage complex case details record client data and update internal systems accurately
Identify client needs and offer fraud prevention solutions
Escalate items for risk review or exception handling when appropriate
Adhere to compliance standards procedures and service expectations
Job Skills/Requirements
1 years of customer service or client-facing experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Dependable adaptable and detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task toggle between systems and manage sensitive client situations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint)
Pay Range:
$19$21/hour
