Job Description
What you will get to do:
- Administer and optimize NetSuite ERP and integrated systems including CRM EDI connections shipping software PowerBI and TriNet payroll.
- Lead and manage NetSuite-related projects from planning to execution partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and system efficiency.
- Oversee data integration efforts across platforms while maintaining performance scalability and compliance.
- Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting system issues maintaining security protocols and ensuring uptime and performance.
- Play a critical role in the companys ongoing transition from on-premise software to a fully cloud-based environment.
- Provide training and support to team members as needed to promote system adoption and best practices.
What will make you successful:
- 7 years of experience managing ERP systems with a strong focus on NetSuite.
- Hands-on technical expertise in writing scripts system configuration data flows and platform integrations.
- Proven experience managing cloud software environments and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of EDI CRM systems and reporting tools such as PowerBI.
- Ability to balance system administration tasks with project management responsibilities.
- Excellent problem-solving collaboration and communication skills.
- A forward-thinking mindset with a desire to continuously improve system performance and support company scalability.
