A bit about the job:
This is a pivotal role in our Strategy & Innovation function ensuring Aviva remains future-ready by developing new capabilities that meet evolving customer needs. Youll lead the end-to-end delivery of innovation-funded propositionsfrom prioritisation and governance to successful handover. Working closely with senior leaders across the business youll help shape and accelerate our strategic ambitions ensuring innovation translates into measurable value.
Skills and experience were looking for:
- Proven experience in proposition development and innovation delivery
- Strong understanding of transformation frameworks and emerging technologies
- Skilled in managing budgets governance and strategic partnerships
- Effective team leadership and stakeholder management
- Experience delivering unique business models in a corporate environment

- National Salary 90000 - 120000 London Salary 10000 - 130000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
