Job Description
Your Tasks
- Support the management team and take over responsibility for the project organization of medium and large-scale strategy and transformation projects
- Manage cross-functional projects with footprint in e.g. business development logistics sustainability as well as develop projects with clear objectives timelines and cost considerations ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic goals
- Work closely with executive management to plan and track multiple projects ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project delivery
- Identify key potentials and risks in projects implementing effective mitigation measures to ensure successful project outcomes
- Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders by addressing their concerns proactively facilitating project success and stakeholder satisfaction
- Establish project management frameworks principles and methodologies designing and implementing templates tools and best practices to ensure the project quality in the company
Your Profile
- A professional ideally with international experience in managing complex projects in an international environment; preferably with additional experience beyond project management
- Excellent masters degree in business administration or a related field
- Several years of professional experience - ideally in consulting and international business environment with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and at least one further language of an MMS Sales country like Spanish or Italian
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel internationally
