The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company - Enterprise Rates Center of Expertise (COE) team has an opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst position supporting Boeing Global Services (BGS) Rate Forecasting Team located in Hazelwood Missouri.
The Senior Financial Analyst will coordinate across the enterprise with Boeing businesses including Corporate Information Technology and Shared Services (ITSS) and Engineering Test & Technology (ET&T) and BDS and Boeing Global Services (BGS) Home Offices and Accounting Business Units (ABUs) as well as with various functions is critical to the success of the Forward Pricing Rate Proposal/Agreement (FPRP/A) process.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinates and supports the development of Rate Forecasts for BGS Accounting Business Units involving the forecasting allocation of costs overhead and base projections for Forward Pricing Rate Proposals/Agreements (FPRP/A) with the United States Government
Ensures the proper monitoring and analysis of monthly performance to plan (FPRP/A and internal budgets)
Interface with various levels of senior leadership across Boeing business segments (Corporate ITSS and ET&T) BGS ABUs as well as with various functions.
Provides financial reporting and audit support for business unit management internal/external auditors and government agencies (Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA))
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring teams discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher in accounting finance business or a related field
5 years of experience in a finance estimating accounting or related role
3 years of experience using excellent verbal and written communications skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues
1 years of experience with one or more of the following financial systems: Cognos Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE) Enterprise Analysis System (EAS) Enterprise Planning & Analysis System (EPAS)
1 years of experience with PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience in cost policy cost accounting or cost management
1 years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives customers stakeholders peers and business partners
1 years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas VLookups pivot tables charts filters and linking worksheets
