The Senior Administrative Assistant for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders including the Vice President/General Manager - Hematology & Urinalysis and the Vice President - Research and Development. This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills ability to get tasks done in several systems ability to multi-task attention to detail ability to work with confidential information and the initiative to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
This position is part of the Hematology and Urinalysis business unit located onsite in Miami Florida and will report to the Vice President/GM of the Hematology & Urinalysis Business Beckman Coulter our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare one diagnosis at a time.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Expertly manage detailed and demanding executive calendars and meetings which span multiple time zones domestically and internationally through proactive and careful planning
Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite and other systems to prepare presentations and reports.
Prepare review and reconcile expense reports in compliance with corporate policy.
Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings along with team and site events which bring together geographically dispersed individuals; further navigate event logistics distribute materials and document follow-up activities.
Prepare and submit purchase orders invoice payments and contract approvals in support of business and product development needs. Order and maintain department supplies to ensure seamless operations.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Project management and/or event planning

The hourly range for this role is $28.00 - $32.00 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
