Key job responsibilities
This Product Manager role is a highly visible role across the organization. You will participate in developing the product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with Engineering Marketing Branding UX Finance Legal BizDev Customer Service other PMTs and executive teams to launch products unlock business growth and enhance the Kuiper customer experience. We are looking for a highly analytical resourceful customer focused team-oriented individual who also has the ability to work independently under significant time constraints to meet deadlines. You will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. This includes owning the end to end management and implementation of the communication between customers and internal teams for Kuiper country launches.
Driving vision and direction - leading as the voice of the customer and forming POVs with cross-functional inputs to keep all functions focused aligned and united to make fast progress towards goals.
Driving due diligence - spanning different group of customers with varying needs and having a robust view of risk and opportunities to be factored for launching the CX.
Develop launch plans with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicating to senior/executive leadership tracking progress across various workstreams.
Identify customer needs define business requirements and launch new features which improve our overall CX and value proposition.
Manage new projects end-to-end and ensure our high standards.
Export Control Requirement:

- Bachelors degree
- 7 years of product management experience
- Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition (edited)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
