for development of annual recertification plan for Hourly associates delegate the labor trainers for timely recertification of hourly associates along with Manager HR & Training.
2. Responsible on Plant Optimization methodology and provide Training support including Skill Development Element Tree Preparation conduct Assessment Skill/ Knowledge Gap Analysis and Training cross pillar coordination Training delivery and Training module preparation.
with Plant CSD team/POL and timely complying CSD MA points and positions as per AOP
Compliance and HR Liasoning
Ensure smooth handling of contract billing .
Ensure contract manpower availability and reduce absenteeism
Ensure all disciplinary actions related to safety and quality violations.
Ensure right contract billing provisions are given and identify opportunities to save cost.
Support for all statutory compliances - permits and licenses supporting business continuity by ensuring required legal approvals in place
Handling HR Disciplinary proceedings for hourlys and contract associates
Support in handling HR services and welfare activities at the plant level.
Maintain MIS and participate in Plant related audits.
