You are not a good fit for this position if you cant commit to doing the whole job if you cant communicate and plan ahead if customers annoy you or if you arent willing to help your teammates and accept help from them. This is definitely not the right job for you if you dont get excited about improving and learning from everyone.
Youll be trained to:
- Provide excellent customer service that results in repeat customers
- Diagnose and repair appliances in customers homes
- Use apps to take pictures type notes provide quotes and collect payment from customers
- Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to use apps on a company phone or tablet
- Arrive at the shop at 7:30am (dispatching from home is available some days) and work until your jobs are complete
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move appliances weighing more than 50 pounds.
