Responsible for connecting with Vera Bradleys current and potential customers through the use of marketing research consumer behavior analytical tools and active customer relationship management with an objective of growing the companys customer base of loyal consumers and extending their lifetime values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties may be assigned)

- Work with outside vendors to manage and execute loyalty and consumer insight programs
- Design and execute targeted loyalty promotions to activate and grow member activity; measure efficiency of loyalty program campaigns
- Report out on loyalty program and customer health KPIs; build and maintain program performance dashboards using visualization tools
- Project manage quantitative and qualitative customer survey programs across multiple functional areas
- Analyze primary and secondary data building out new measurement programs and refreshing existing programs as needed to provide a more holistic voice of customer assessment for our brands
- Work with internal stakeholders to craft survey questions and measurement plans based on team roadmaps and upcoming business initiatives
- Leverage customer personas segments behavioral data to create customer analysis and develop strategies to increase loyalty and share of wallet by creating targeted audiences for digital and direct mail marketing campaigns
- Utilized developed reports and analysis to identify trends opportunities and provide actionable summaries of key findings on a consistent and proactive basis
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in marketing business administration or related field
- 4 years marketing and communications experience
- Experience in leading successful online retention programs loyalty programs online personalization strategies and customer modeling
- Strong background in online based marketing operations with an understanding of web analytics and email/direct mail list marketing delivery database marketing and analytics
- Experience creating and presenting campaign reports including ROI conversion rates etc.
- Quantitative and qualitative market research experience
- Experience interpreting and communicating data in a visual format
- Knowledge of set theory identify and improve process inefficiencies
- Experience with PowerBI & Microsoft SQL Server

Base Pay Range:
$66800.00 - $100200.00
Vera Bradleys compensation ranges are based on market data and comply with all local state and federal regulations. Individual pay within the listed range depends on work location skills experience and relevant education. The posted salary reflects base pay only and excludes bonuses equity or other incentives if applicable.
