Purpose
The purpose of this position is to lead the support of the companys quality systems; the functional aspects as well as the technical and system configurations. A key aspect of this role is ensuring data integrity and compliance. A key role this position fulfills is that of an IT project manager of key business projects. This position must be skilled at interpreting the business requirements to ensure that our processes and systems are configured to achieve those business objectives. The position requires skill at planning for tasks and management of timelines and resources to meet those business objectives and good test plans. This position will lead projects and direct the assigned associates within the Quality Systems area as they work on initiatives and projects. They are expected to provide consultation services leadership and strategic direction for new technologies or enhancements required or desired by the business or required by the systems. This involves the direction of Metallus associates as well as external contractors the project schedule and the project budget.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Computer Science Mathematics Business or related with at least 8 years experience in technical software applications programming leading large projects and resource planning.
Or
Master of Computer Science Mathematics Business or related with at least 6 years experience in technical software applications programming leading large projects and resource planning.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Computer Science Mathematics Business or related with at least 10 years experience in technical software applications programming leading large projects and resource planning.
Or
Master of Computer Science Mathematics Business or related with at least 8 years experience in technical software applications programming leading large projects and resource planning.
