Customer Support Lead- Plano TX Beckett Collectibles Beckett Collectibles is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Lead to help support the success of our customer support team. In this role youll be responsible for monitoring performance providing constructive feedback and ensuring team members stay aligned with their daily goals and responsibilities. Find out more about Beckett products and services . Responsibilities: - Lead onboarding and training sessions for new team members on company procedures products and services.
- Support the ongoing development of team members through coaching and skill-building initiatives.
- Monitor and assist in maintaining team productivity and adherence to daily schedules.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support Manager to align on goals priorities and operational strategies.
- Act as a point of contact and decision-maker in the managers absence handling team and customer inquiries.
- Keep leadership informed of any significant updates issues or trends.
- Oversee day-to-day workflow delegate tasks and ensure smooth efficient team operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone email and digital support channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and communications in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on submission procedures and proactively resolve any service concerns.
- Manage escalated issues such as cancellations refunds and claims with professionalism and care.
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.

- Proven interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

Supervisory Responsibilities: While this role does not include direct reports you will be responsible for overseeing specific team processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Preferred Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- 13 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
