Role Overview
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative supporting customers in both German and English. Youll provide high-quality assistance resolve queries promptly and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday: 10:00 am 6:30 pm
- Saturday-Sunday: 11:00 am 7:30 pm
- Contract: Permanent 40 hours/week (8 hours/day 5 days/week)
- Work Model: On-site in Athens.
- Remote work: Possible if requested in writing at least two weeks in advance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 1380 gross/month x 14 salaries per year(includes 12 monthly salaries 1 Easter bonus and 1 bonus split between summer & Christmas)
- Meal allowance: 50/month (voucher/ticket)
- Performance bonus: Eligible (details confirmed during interviews)
- Annual leave: 25 days
