Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our online advertising and marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about performance marketing data-driven strategies and digital platforms.
In this role youll manage ad campaigns across Google social media and marketplace platforms assist in analyzing campaign data and support our web development team on marketing-related tasks.
Ad Campaign Management
- Create manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Amazon and other relevant digital channels.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy tailored to campaign goals and target audiences.
- Implement audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize ad relevance and ROI.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR CPC CPA ROAS etc.) to ensure efficiency and goal alignment.
- Make real-time adjustments to bids budgets and creative based on performance data.
Analytics & Reporting
- Collect data from advertising platforms Google Analytics and other marketing tools and assess campaign effectiveness with supervisor.
- Update dashboards and generate weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics trends and actionable insights.
- Identify underperforming areas and proactively suggest optimizations or strategy shifts.
- Support marketing experiments by tracking KPIs before during and after execution.
Strategy Support
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to brainstorm and support integrated marketing strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform targeting and positioning strategies.
- Assist in the development of audience personas and journey mapping.
- Stay informed about emerging marketing trends tools and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement.
Web Support
- Assist the Growth Marketing Manager with routine webpage updates using a component builder (no coding knowledge required).
- Coordinate with content creators and designers to implement campaign-specific page elements.
- Monitor website and flag potential issues with layout UX or conversion flows.
- Help with on-site SEO optimizations (e.g. meta descriptions alt text basic keyword tagging) under supervision.

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting Salary: $50000 - $60000 depending on experience and skills
6 Paid Holidays as well as 2 additional floating holiday
