Job Description
Position: Video Editor
First Care Medical is seeking a highly skilled Video Editor to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
As a Video Editor at First Care Medical you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that effectively communicates our brand message and promotes our products and services. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to conceptualize shoot and edit videos that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts and storyboards
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos for various platforms including social media website and presentations
- Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel
- Use video editing software to add special effects music and sound effects
- Edit and organize raw footage into a cohesive and engaging final product
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video quality and storytelling
- Manage video projects from start to finish including pre-production production and post-production phases
- Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers when necessary
- Maintain video equipment and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in film production video editing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or Avid Media Composer
- Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques
- Excellent storytelling and visual storytelling skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus
