What this opportunity involves:

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Operations Manager & Engineering Manager and the BQ Management team! You will enhance the value of the asset by organising coordinating and assisting with the day-to-day operational management of the building and facilities to ensure the proper and efficient operation of all physical aspects creating and sustaining a safe and productive environment for occupants and visitors.

A snapshot of the role:

• Ensure timely response to all tenant requests
• Ensure daily inspection of all public areas weekly inspection of all vacant areas with a documented detailed monthly inspection of all building areas
• Assist the BQ Management Team to ensure annual site hazard assessments are completed by an external party with high priority items addressed in a timely manner
• Assist to ensure annual targets for each property are agreed and met.
• Assist the Operations & Engineering Manager to ensure compliance with NABERS/BEED requirements
• Monitor and manage all contractors performance.

Before you apply its worth knowing what we are looking for:

• A team player;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Sound technical aptitude (Qualifications highly regarded)
• Good written and oral communication skills;
• Computer literacy and IT knowledge to an intermediate level.
• Highly organised with an ability to prioritise workload
• Experience in work order and finance support desired but not essential

A minimum of 2 years building services or other transferable experience
Ideally looking for candidates wanting to take the next step towards a career in Operations and Facilities Management
